Solihull Approach Reflective Supervision training

This 1 Day Advanced Training ‘The Solihull Approach Reflective Supervision’ extends the Foundation training to apply the Solihull Approach model to supervision.
Delegates should have completed a 2 Day Foundation Training and be either supervising or intending to supervise.
The aim is to:
• Restore (the capacity to think)
• Protect (relationships, and practitioners’ capacity to cope)
• Prevent (escalation of a problem, burnout, high turnover)
The training includes the RPP supervisory framework, the SARS Practice Guide, a sprinkling of neuroscience, helpful tools for your Supervisor’s Toolkit, and space to reflect on your own practice and the local picture.
Delegates will learn about how the Solihull Approach way of thinking can be used in supervision, just like in many other aspects of your role.
This training can be delivered in your area, or if you are a Solihull Approach Trainer you can cascade this training in your local area.
